Coffee Shops Plan Celebrations Saturday
Caffe Amouri celebrates second birthday as Caribou Coffee marks grand opening
Vienna residents will have plenty of opportunities to celebrate coffee across town on Saturday, as one business celebrates its second year of business and another prepares to officially launch a location of its own.
Caffe Amouri owner Michael Amouri will mark his shop's second anniversary with a free all-day celebration at the store on Church Street.
The event will have live music, free hot dogs, door prizes and half-priced hot or cold "Caffe Amouris," the shop's signature drink.
"We want to celebrate with the community that we have grown to love so much. JOIN US!" Amouri wrote of the event.
The celebration will take place outdoors from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and move inside from 7 to 10 p.m.
Caribou Coffee, which opened its doors on Maple Avenue earlier this week, will celebrate its official grand opening early Saturday evening with a 5:30 p.m. ribbon cutting.
The store has been running a “Tweet-to-Win Free Drinks For a Year Sweepstakes" which lets customers enter to win free drinks by using the hashtag #CaribouVienna through July 13.
Five “Tweet-to-Win Free Drinks For a Year Sweepstakes" will be announced at the store's official grand opening on Saturday.

We are so happy to celebrate our two year Birthday with our friends and neighbors. The outpouring of appreciation was overwhelming. All I can say is that we appreciate our community so much and will continue to strive to serve "The Best coffee you've ever tasted... guaranteed" while happily giving back as much as we can.
Thank you Vienna!
