Yes, he will be missed, but does the Fairfax County Animal Shelter know where he is? If I lost a dog, that's the first place I'd look for him. Unfortunately, not everybody reads the Patch faithfully.

If you can, go to Facebook and leave a post on the Lost and Found Dogs - Virginia page and also Craigslist. So many places for people to search for their dogs and cats.

I saw this dog on Saturday, he looks to be a husky mix. He is an intact male puppy. Too bad his owners did not chip him. It really does not cost that much.

Ffx county animal shelter, loudoun county animal shelter, lost and found dogs website and facebook all know about this 40 lb intact male carolina dog/shiba inu mix...he has a small frame...we r very chilled out about and have also contacted 10 area animal hospitals and sent them color flyers. Thanks.
