Four Arrested In Massage Parlor Raid

Three women, one man charged with pandering, prostitution after search of Vienna business

Four people were arrested Wednesday for their alleged involvement in prostitution and pandering at a massage parlor in Vienna and two homes in Annandale.

The arrests followed a two-month investigation of Maple Therapeutic Massage,  307 Maple Avenue W., in Vienna as well as two Annandale homes, according to the Vienna Police Department.

Police and detectives from the Vienna Police Department, along with officers from Fairfax County, Code Enforcement staff, and special agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations served search warrants at Maple Therapeutic Massage, along with two residences on Commons Drive in Annandale.

After the searches, Jeom Suk Smith, 44, of Annandale, was arrested and
charged with pandering and keeping a bawdy house. Youn K. Um, 40, also of Annandale,  was arrested and charged with pandering.

Son Ok Kilgore, 49, of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Xiangdan Li, 47, of Flushing, New York were both arrested and charged with prostitution.

All were taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
