If you're a mom and searching for motivation in your workout, you might find it in a group new to the Vienna/Oakton area.

Moms RUN This Town (MRTT), a 'moms only' nation wide running club "started by moms for moms" announced this week it was starting a chapter in Vienna/Oakton.

Members get training tips and other valuable resources online, but also do meetups to fit in workouts together. 

The Vienna/Oakton group plans to meet mostly in the mornings and welcomes all paces and ages.
