No Foul Play Suspected in Tysons Corner Death
Police say man found dead Monday on Old Gallows Road likely died from an accident or medical issue.
Fairfax County Police say no foul play is suspected in the death of a man found Monday morning along Old Gallows Road.
Officer Bud Walker said police were called around 11:09 a.m. to 1945 Old Gallows Road for a report of a dead body.
They found an adult man dead at the location. Original reports identified the man as 45 years old; Walker said the exact age of the man is not clear.
Walker said police think the man died from an accident or a medical issue; no foul play is suspected, he said.
The man has been identified, Walker said, but it is being held until all next of kin are notified.
According to a picture sent to Patch by a reader, the body appears to have been found near the parking lot of an office building, along a small patch of shrubbery.
Patch will update this story as more details become available.

Jim, it would not have made a difference he suffered a freak accident that was not preventable. Very sad.
