Town Announces Halloween Parade Winners
Town Council, Chamber of Commerce give awards from annual parade
The Vienna Town Council brought Halloween into November, awarding the winners in the 66th annual Vienna Halloween Parade at their regular meeting Monday.
The town and the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce presented awards to the following entries:
- Best in Show: Creativeworx/SDF
- Youth Band: 1st Place: James Madison High School Marching Band; 2nd Place: George C. Marshall Marching Statesmen
- Adult Band: 1st Place: Northern Virginia Firefighters Emerald Society Pipe Band
- Floats (with music): 1st Place: Creativeworx/SDF; 2nd Place: Green Hedges School; 3rd Place: Northwest Federal Credit Union
- Floats (without music): 1st Place: Oakcrest School
- Youth Performing Groups: 1st Place: Cuppett Performing Arts Center; 2nd Place: Unistars Unicycling Showtroupe; 3rd Place: Vienna Dance Academy
- Adult Performing Groups: 1st Place: Fairfax County Police Motor Squad; 2nd Place: Fairfax Virginia Chapter Harley Owners Group; 3rd Place: Bikes@Vienna
- Antique Vehicles: 1st Place: Northern Virginia Corvette Club; 2nd Place: Glen Bates; 3rd Place: Chuck and Karilyn Kunstbeck
