VIDEO: Kids Raise Money for Charity at Local Chess Tournament
Gabby and Garrett Heller wanted to raise money for charity by holding a chess tournament. They never dreamed their idea would be so successful.
Gabby Heller, 8, and her brother, Garrett Heller, 7, organized a charity chess tournament at in Vienna on Sunday. The event raised $2,000 (well beyond their goal of $1,000) for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Washington, D.C.
