For Vienna residents, and those across the greater Northern Virginia area, it isn't summer until Viva!Vienna! comes to town.
The festival, which has been running for more than 25 years, returns to Church Street and the Town Green this Memorial Day, with rides, food and entertainment beginning on Saturday. Vendors join the fun as the event continues on Sunday and Monday.
Viva!Vienna!, run by the Rotary Club of Vienna, donates all proceeds from the event; it expects to donate about $150,000 to local clubs, groups and non-profits this year.

How Will I Keep Up-To-Date On Festival Happenings?
Maybe that's not in the FAQ ... but we'll answer anyway. This year, festival organizers have developed an app to help visitors stay in touch with what's happening.
Vienna Patch will be tweeting and updating Facebook all weekend. We'll also have a tent on Dominion Road. Stop by to donate canned food in our food drive for Food For Others, enter a graduation gram or win a prize.
Make sure you follow Viva!Vienna! on Facebook to stay in touch with all festival happenings.
Look for more coverage of Viva!Vienna! throughout the weekend.
