On behalf of Joey Noufal and the staff at Noufal Haircolor Studio, we'd like to cordially invite you to our upcoming event, Holiday Bubbles & Blowouts, to benefit the Embry Rucker Shelter in Reston, VA.

Please join us on Wednesday, December 12th between 5 pm and 8 pm for an evening of champagne, sweets and complimentary blowouts with a donation to the Embry Rucker Shelter.  As the holidays get closer and cold weather approaches, the shelter is in desperate need of men's and women's undergarments, thermals, jackets, gloves and warm clothing.  As a salon, we're happy to bring everyone together for a fabulous evening benefiting a very worthy cause.
