Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three winners. Those interested should act fast — the deadline is Aug. 31.Celebrate National Dog Day at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter: Bring the family to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter and meet shelter volunteers and adoptable pets.
