AGELESS GRACE"  November 15th - 17th:  

Choose from: Drop-in-Classes, Three 30 minute Public Classes Open to Children and Adults; a 4 hour Seminar and a 2 Day "Ageless Grace" Educator/Teacher Certification.  

The Seminar and/or the Educator Training can be taken alone or taken together that same weekend.

"Ageless Grace" is for:  Anyone who would like to stay youthful; All Fitness Professionals; Caregivers professional or family members.

"Ageless Grace" is taught by Fitness Professional and National Trainer, Janie Peterson.

 "Ageless Grace" consists of 21 Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease, done in a chair with music, movements are "organic" natural and systemic and focuses on the core of the body.  The program can be adapted for all ages and abilities.

All 21 Tools stimulate and utilizes the 5 areas of the brain: Analytical, Strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory and recall, creativity and imagination.

Focus is on joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, bone density, muscle mass, fall prevention, confidence and playfulness.

 "Ageless Grace" is Developmental for children, Preventive for Boomers and Restorative for Seniors.
