Elements Therapeutic Massage Opens in Vienna

Looking for some balance in her life after having a baby, Renee Souilliard considered her career options carefully.  She wanted to start her own business, and with her background in marketing and management, her skills could be used in a variety of ways.

"I looked at franchise models that didn't require me to run it 24/7.  Ultimately, I liked Elements Therapeutic Massage as I was passionate about health and wellness," Souilliard said.

Located on Maple Avenue in the Magruders Shopping Center, Elements opened July 13.

"There are many benefits of massage to the body and mind, providing less stress, better sleep and relief from pain," Souilliard said.  

Elements offers a customized approach for clients, working with each person individually to match them with the right therapist for their needs.

Over the next year, Souilliard plans to open two more locations in McLean and Arlington.

"So far it is going surprisingly well.  People have been coming in and we have seen equal numbers of men and women," Souilliard said.  She added they will plan a grand opening celebration in September.
