The Town of Vienna and Fairfax County are celebrating the grand reopening of the Wolftrap Stream in Wildwood Park off Follin Lane SE in the Town of Vienna.
On Saturday, at 10:30 a.m., at 700 Follin Lane SE in Vienna, the public is invited to a ribbon-cutting event in celebration of the accomplishments of the project. The process of restoring the streambed began in 2008 and construction began in the spring of 2013.
The celebration will be held rain or shine. Parking is on Follin Lane SE or on Alma Lane SE.
The project was made possible by a collaboration between the Town of Vienna and Fairfax County.
