The Vienna Saturday Farmers Market, located at 301 Center St. South, opens for the season on Saturday, May 3 at 8 a.m. with free festivities on the front lawn of the Faith Baptist Church (bouncy house, face painting and popcorn).
Back in the market, TJ Michael will be creating balloon artistry for the kids while you buy fresh produce and other items. (Please note that all entertainment depends on the weather.)
Come meet two new vendors: Caprikorn Farms Goat Cheese and Over the Mountain Farm.
The market is open until 12 noon each Saturday through Oct. 25. The market is managed and sponsored by the Optimist Club of Greater Vienna.
This year parking will be available for special needs patrons and other market patrons on a space available basis in the front lot.
