CATHY PONTON KING concert - Item Donations for LAMB CENTER

On Friday, July 8 at 6:30 p.m., Caffe Amouri will host the Town of Vienna’s “Concert on the Green” featuring Cathy Ponton King.  Cathy King has been writing, playing and singing the blues, swing, ballads and…more blues for over 25 years.  She has played with guitar legend Jimmy Thackery, Ronnie Earl, jazz legendary bassist Butch Warren and many other well know blues and jazz artists. 

 In addition, attendees are invited to drop off items to be donated to the LAMB CENTER of Fairfax.  The Lamb Center is a organization that seeks to help those in need…the homeless, the poor…those who need our help the most.  An example of items in need include(but are not limited to):

• COFFEE, CREAMER, SUGAR & COLD DRINK MIX
• STYROFOAM BOWLS, DINNER & DESSERT PLATES
• LAUNDRY DETERGENT & LIQUID BLEACH
• SMALL DEODORANT & SHAVING CREAM
• HOT AND COLD DRINK CUPS (8 OR 9 OZ PLEASE)
• MEN’S & WOMEN’S UNDERWARE & SOCKS
• PLASTIC FORKES, KNIVES & SPOONS
• 55 GALLON TRASH BAGS
• 13 GALLON TRASH BAGS WITH DRAW-STRINGS
• WASHABLE LAUNDRY BAGS (NOT MESH)
• DISPOSABLE DOUBLE EDGE RAZORS
• LYSOL SPRAY
