Ron Pope w/ Zach Berkman + Alexis Babini + Howard Jennings

A musician's musician, Ron Pope can do it all: sing his heart out, rip a guitar apart like his life depends on it, write a powerful anthem or a heartbreaking ballad, and rock a crowd anytime, anywhere. Pope has garnered critical acclaim the world over for his gorgeous and unmistakable voice, electrifying stage presence, incredible songcraft, and high octane, blues-rock fueled guitar fireworks that hit listeners square in the gut. Within a year of stepping out on his own, he'd sold hundreds of thousands of singles and had offers from a number of major labels. He eventually chose to sign with Universal Republic. After finishing his successful tenure as a Universal Republic recording artist, Pope decided that it was time to step out and shape the next phase of his career on his own terms.

Pope received the benefit of nationwide television exposure as a musical guest on MTV's TRL and through multiple placements on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance. Following one such placement, two of his albums exploded onto the iTunes top album chart at the same time. "Whatever It Takes" combines rafter shaking, arena ready anthems, with ballads exploring the depths of human emotion, and everything in between to create something that is uniquely Ron Pope. Likened to artists as diverse as Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, and U2, Pope's musicality allows him to satisfy listeners of all kinds.

"I joined a band called The District, produced a record for the first time, and found in them my New York family. Wrote ‘A Drop in the Ocean' with Ron Pope and watched it take off only after we buried the song for a while. I made my first record (Stumble) over the course of almost a year and closed the book on a few things I needed to say. I put together an EP of new songs (As Far As It Goes)."

With a staggering amount of new music and tour dates, alternative pop songwriter Alexis Babini has been extremely busy. Upon releasing his new EP 'Paint & Paper', Alexis embarked on a 20 date national tour and performed live on NBC Philadelphia's "10! Show". From ‘Paint & Paper' two of Alexis' songs were featured on MTV's ‘Real World DC‘, which led to a performance at the legendary SXSW festival in Austin, TX. Since Alexis began touring in 2009 he has shared the stage with established acts such as Blues Traveler, The Verve Pipe, Ryan Cabrera and Sister Hazel. This fall, Alexis toured extensively with Kyle Patrick, lead singer of The Click Five, and recently performed as an international 'artist in residence' in Singapore.

This New York-based 24-year-old songwriter incorporates a diverse blend of contemporary pop/rock with an occasional nod to folk classics, earning comparisons from James Taylor to David Gray. In a review from Performer Magazine, Alexis's songwriting has been described as "Powerful, gripping melodies and simple, yet evocative lyrics... pervasive.

"Jennings is a country-dusted popster who writes smart tunes that resonate with the positive images of folks ranging from Jason Mraz to Vertical Horizon (he's toured with VH). Don't be surprised when this guy makes it." - Rick Koster, The Day

Former business major turned singer-songwriter, Howard Jennings "has an undeniable knack for catchy melodies" (Seven Days) and has become known as an engaging and magnetic live performer. He's toured nationally with Vertical Horizon, Rusted Root and Ryan Cabrera and has supported Marcy Playground and Eve 6. This New York based artist, who has averaged over 100 shows a year and traveled as far as Singapore to perform, "is building steady career momentum" (The Daily News).
