What-Nots in Oakton, VA is offering an alternative to Sunday Afternoon Football this Fall.  See our September Schedule of Events below.  All are free to you, unless otherwise noted.  If a reservation is asked for, please be sure to call in advance.  Occasionally, door prizes or presentation favors are offered so it is necessary to know the numbers attending prior to the event.  (703) 938-0385.

Sunday, September 16th:


--De-Stress with therapist Michelle Emerson.  She will guide us through the health benefits of Herbal Oils and Essences.  Presentation favors are given so, Call to register.


Sunday, September 23rd:


--Therapist, Michelle Emerson will teach us about E.F.T. Meditation, i.e. “Emotional Freedom Technique”, a meditation technique that allows a person to identify the source of their stress and once done, begin to dispel it.  Please Call to Register for this class.  It costs $22 per person and can be paid on the day of the class by check or cash.


Sunday, September 30th:


--Weight Loss Support Group.  Every eating program is welcome.  Today, Nutritionist, Dayle Petersen, will talk to us about Foods that will help us lose weight; and foods that slow down weight loss.  She will suggest alternate food and a question and answer period.  And Ladies, she will address that pesky little problem of Menopause & Weight Gain/Loss.  Come support each other on the journey.  Make new friends while learning something new.
