New Vietnamese Restaurant in Vienna to Celebrate with Ribbon-Cutting

Viet Aroma opened in November and has a full menu for dining and take-out.

Viet Aroma, a new Vietnamese restaurant that opened last month in Vienna, will celebrate its new status with a ribbon-cutting Thursday.

The owner, Kim Lan T. Le is looking forward to being part of the Vienna business community and has this to say about his restaurant:

“Our family at Viet Aroma welcomes you to a taste of Vienna’s new, authentic Vietnamese cuisine," he said in a news release from the Town of Vienna's Town Business Liaison Committee. "We take pride in cooking only the freshest and premium ingredients for your ultimate dining experience."

"Our family chef guarantees satisfaction to all of our health-conscious and savvy patrons, ranging from vegans to meat-lovers," he said. "No matter what the occasion calls for or your appetite demands, everyone is guaranteed to have his/her own favorite dish.”

Members of the business community will gather from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the restaurant, located at 165 Glyndon St. SE in Vienna. The ribbon-cutting is set for 6:15 p.m.

The restaurant's hours are Sunday to Thursday from  11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Mike had this to say: "We've been here twice, for dinner and for lunch. We tried a wide variety of dishes from steamed dumplings to soft shell crabs to three different Pho (pronounced "fu"), caramelized fish, shrimp dishes, beef and dessert. All terrific. Go and become a regular."
