POLL: Will You Pay More For Starbucks?

The coffee chain just upped their prices. Will you remain a customer?

coffee drinks are already known for being expensive, but the Seattle-based chain said this week that they are raising the price of some of their drinks, the Huffington Post reports.

The average increase is just one percent, and the price-hikes will only happen in stores in the Sunbelt and the Northeast U.S.

"Starbucks wouldn’t disclose all of the states its raising prices, but the regions include New York; Washington, D.C.; and most Southern states," according to the Washington Post. "They exclude California and Florida."
