The primary role would consist of answering and transferring phone calls, welcoming clients, and providing general support for the office. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive individual who enjoys interacting with clients and can balance a variety of tasks.
Preferred skills are as follows: confident and professional phone etiquette; great customer service skills (customer service experience preferred, but not required); proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
