Friday

It's 5 after 5 at , from 5 to 6:45 p.m. "We will be putting together a special menu featuring the best the season has to offer.  $5 gets you 5 samples of wine and 5 small plates of food. Last ticket is sold at 6:45pm."

SATURDAY

Take a drive down 66 to the "The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival invites accomplished, nationally-known craftspeople to the Dulles Expo Center to personally show and sell their work, including functional and decorative pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, wood, metal, furniture, home accessories, photography, and fine art. All the artists at the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival have been jury-selected to offer their one-of-a-kind creations." The show runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $7 when purchased online and $9 at the door. Children under 12 are admitted free. Free parking is available on site.

Take in some Holiday art for free , which begins at 10 a.m. at Village Green Day School, 790 Walker Rd, Great Falls. "This year’s show includes paintings, pottery, photographs, jewelry, layered paper collage, art quilts, weaving, and woodcarving, plus artful gifts, and cards. All of the artwork is created by Great Falls artists, most of whom work out of their home studios."

at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. "Performers should prepare a few pieces to share with the audience and audience members should come prepared to participate in a seasonal sing-along.  Light refreshments."

SUNDAY

at 3 p.m. at the  , 120 Cherry St SE. "The Band will perform traditional holiday selections such as Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride," Victor Herbert's "March of the Toys" from "Babes in Toyland," and "Carol of the Bells."  Other selections include "Hanukkah Holiday," Randal Thompson's "Alleluia" and more."

Our Lady of Good Counsel Church puts on a free at 4 p.m. at 8601 Wolftrap Rd, Vienna.
