"[Metro] ... is working with its vendor, Cubic, to resolve the problem. At this time, SmarTrip customers cannot manage their accounts online. However vending machines are currently accepting credit and debit cards. SmartBenefit customers who are trying to access their account at vending machines may experience connection problems. Customers calling the Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) may experience increased wait time due to intermittent availability of customer SmarTrip® data. We apologize for the inconvenience."
