Anger Management for Women (7 weeks)

There are many emotions that contribute to our daily life.  Sometimes we handle life with ease and sometimes we become angry during stressful situations.  If managed inappropriately, anger is likely to negatively affect our physical and mental health.  Repressed anger can disrupt relations, affect thinking and behavior patterns, and create a variety of physical problems, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, skin disorders, arthritis, and digestive issues.  Channeled carefully, anger can help you achieve your goals.  Misuse it and it will create difficulties that will keep you from becoming the kind of person you would like to be.  If you feel stuck, come learn the patterns and triggers of your own anger, and ways to express anger appropriately and constructively.
