Culinaria Cooking Class - Knife Skills
Preparation of any meal, gourmet or otherwise, begins here. Students learn basic cuts including brunoise, dice, julienne, and how to break down (debone) a whole chicken. A delicious meal will be prepared from the ingredients used in class.
