Diabetes Self-Management Workshop

The Shepherd's Center of Oakton-Vienna (SCOV)

will be presenting a free six week Diabetes Self-Management Program.  The workshops are held in partnership with the

Division of Adult and Aging Services/Fairfax Area Agency on Aging/ElderLink. This
Diabetes Self-Management Workshop program
is specifically designed to teach and support older adults with diabetes to
become empowered self-managers for a healthier and happier life.  Join us and learn how to manage your diabetes
and live well!


Free Workshops meet
from September 4 – October 9, 2013 for 2 hrs; once a week for six weeks from
10:00-12 Noon.  Caregivers of older

adults with diabetes are also invited to attend.


Registration
deadline: August 30th.  Attendees must
