WAMA nominated Lisa Lim is a singer songwriter multi instrumentalist based out of Central Va., whose blazing lead, slide and rhythmic guitar chops will leave you breathless! This female blues rockin', funkadelic versatile axe slinger has been touring, performing solo, in duos and with her various bands throughout the past two decades performing all styles of music. Currently, Lisa is performing 150+ shows a year! You can catch her performing with her bands, "Lisa Lim Band", "Lisa Lim & Over The Limit", "Hot Rods & Old Gas", her acoustic duo project & in addition to freelancing with many national artists and bands. Lisa is also a well respected premier music educator. She is a faculty member at National Guitar Workshop and also works from her studio "Lim's Music", staying in high demand throughout the mid atlantic region offering private and group lessons, plus offering seminars, teaching all styles and levels. Lisa gives back to her community, hosting jam nights regionally the 1st four Thursdays each month, giving fellow musicians a platform to be seen and heard & also an outlet for excellent networking opportunities. She is Coordinator for Virginia Go Girls Music Elite Chapter.
