There are many different types of arthritis, but the debilitating symptoms of pain and stiffness in the joints is common to all. In this series class learn how gentle movement, breath awareness and relaxation can help alleviate these symptoms and reduce stress. Move through poses specifically designed to create space in the joints and improve strength and flexibility while cultivating greater ease of movement through increased range of motion and better posture.
Learn modifications for common poses and leave with a personalized program for your home practice.
