Yoga for Hip Mobility – Four Week Class Series
Are your hips slowing you down?
Our daily habits and hobbies can lead to stiff, tight hips and tight legs. The musculature of the hips can hold a lot of tension and create the imbalances that cause back pain. This four class series will address how to use yoga to increase strength and flexibility in the hips, low back and thighs. Releasing the muscles that are tight and strengthening the ones that are weak in a slow and methodical way to alleviate hip and lower back pain.
This series is for anyone who wants greater range of motion and pain free hips!
