Good For The Jews feat. Rob Tannenbaum + David Fagin
They've appeared on "The Today Show" and on NPR (twice, even), and have played in rock clubs and synagogues, at the Boston Jewish Film Festival and the Brown University Hillel, the Kansas City JCC and the historic Sixth & I Synagogue in D.C., as well as the Leeds (U.K.) International Jewish Arts Festival. They have an especially strong appeal with young Jews, though our following extends to anyone with an unorthodox sense of humor.
Rob was named one of "New York's Best Emerging Jewish Artists" by the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Time Out New York featured him in a cover story on "The New Super Jews," The New York Times included him in an article on "the Jewish hipster," and Heeb magazine elected him to their "Heeb 100," a list of "young, smart and innovative" Jews in the arts.
As evidence of Good For the Jews' fresh approach to Jewish music, we've amassed a huge press kit, where the words "hilarious" and "Jon Stewart" frequently appear.
