FAMOUS FOR A CENTURY was started in winter of 2011 by drummer David Whitcomb and guitarist Peter Christian Fraedrich; the addition of Aly Miramini on vocals and Jay Brazao on bass rounds out the lineup. The band's first release, Collapse (EP) (2013), met with local success and has fueled the beginning of a new EP to be released later this year. The band's other major release, a debut performance video for the single "More", directed by local phenom Jonathan Thorpe, has also met with warm reviews and measured success online, garnering over 10,000 views in just a few short months.
