METROPOLITAN BOOT CAMP FOR WOMEN - BBK - GET IN SHAPE NOW!

Virginia's premiere women's fitness program has arrived in Northern Virginia!  Metropolitan Boot Camp for Women, a Body by Ken program, is a challenging, supportive, team-oriented fitness program designed for women of all ability levels, ages, shapes, and sizes.  Led by a certified fitness trainer and other qualified instructors, our boot camp specializes in customizing exercises to meet individual needs!

Boot Camp training blocks are four weeks in length and include traditional, military-style exercises, body weight resistance training, weight training, boxing and self-defense techniques, and other "wild card" exercises to keep things fun and engaging!  We also provide a modifiable healthy meal plan and nutritional advice, accountability, progress monitoring, and rewards for accomplishing goals and putting forth great effort!

Our summer session begins July 8 and runs to August 8.  Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and there is a 6 am offering and a 6:30 pm offering!  Sign up for summer session and get a bonus week free!
