Spring Awakening at Little Butterfly

In its premiere production, The Little Butterfly Theatre Company presents a concert stylization of Spring Awakening, a darkly thrilling musical which explores the tortured inner lives of a handful of adolescents in 19th-century Germany.

The Little Butterfly Theatre Company has made it its mission to bring such relevant material to the younger generation in an environment where outside restrictions will not limit artistic freedom of expression. The cast and crew of the company are limited to high school and college aged young adults. Little Butterfly strives to challenge social norms, stretch the limits of the theatrical art form, and make innovative theatre for modern audiences.

Spring Awakening will be performed at the Old Firehouse Teen Center in McLean, Virginia, on June 14th at 1:00 and June 15th at 7:00.
