  • The class is facilitated by Mark Chmar.  Mark has spent a decade as an investment advisor representative, serving both individual clients and other financial advisors.  Passionate about objective, fee-only investment counsel, Mark applies a diverse spectrum of capital management solutions designed to weather inevitable market shocks.

    Prior to entering the investment profession, Mark was a colonel in the Air Force, serving 25 years as an aviator in both the F-4 Phantom and the C-130 Hercules.   His formal investing education includes PhD studies in Decision Systems and Finance and Investments at The George Washington University.  Additionally, he spent a year at Harvard University as a Research Fellow, and for an additional year was an MIT Seminar XXI Fellow (Foreign Politics, International Relations, & the National Interest).
