Vienna's FREE Community Safety Shred

The merchants of Vienna Shopping Center, along with the Town of Vienna Parks
and Recreation, are hosting a free community shred event conducted by Safeguard
Shredding on Saturday June 14, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Vienna Community
Center located at 120 Cherry Street, S.E. in the town of Vienna. 



Confidential
and sensitive documents, office paper, manila folders and small fasteners such
as paper and binder clips, staples and rubber bands are acceptable for
shredding. Binders, plastic report covers, hanging file folders, cardboard,
plastic bags, CDs and DVDs, floppy disks, hard drives and x-ray film will not be
accepted. A closed circuit television will provide images of the actual
shredding process.  All shredded material
will be recycled.   The community shred event is limited to
individuals only with no more than six boxes per individual.  Shredding will run until 11 a.m. unless the
truck reaches capacity before then.
