OPEN HOUSE @ Oakton Library for Shepherd Center
Meet our staff and some volunteers. The Shepherd’s Center of Oakton-Vienna (SCOV) is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization. It provide services to assist older adults to continue to live independently in their own homes, and offers programs which supply opportunities for enrichment, learning and socialization.
