Vienna Optimist Club Christmas Tree Fundraiser Starts Saturday
Proceeds are donated to local charitable and community service projects.
The Vienna Optimist Club’s Christmas tree stand opens Saturday, in the parking lot of the Maple Avenue Shopping Center (where the Giant Food Store is located).
Hours are from 2 to 9 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends. All proceeds from the Christmas tree sales are donated to charitable and community service projects in the Greater Vienna area.
Youth volunteers from local schools and sports teams including the Madison Baseball Team, Vienna Mustangs, Vienna Shamrocks and Octagon clubs help and support the Christmas Tree Fundraiser event.
