Community Update

I bought two pairs of glasses from this company and have been very dissatisfied with their service and product. First, they give me lenses with the wrong prescription. Within two weeks of finally getting the correct prescription the lens become scratched. I thought I had bought scratch resistant lenses. Their response was the lenses were scratch resistant not scratch proof and refused to replace them. I believe hat the scratch resistant coating was never added to my lenses, but how does one prove it.
I think they sold me a product that was not what I thought I was buying. Never buying from them again and advise others to get proof that the coating is on the lens before they leave their office.
