Lanes to Close After Wires Fall on Leesburg Pike
Power should be restored between 3 and 5 p.m. in the area of Beulah Road, Route 7
Downed wires on Leesburg Pike near the Chesterbrook Academy will shut down a portion of the Eastbound lanes this afternoon.
Dominion Power spokeswoman Le-Ha Anderson said crews were on scene, and Fairfax County police were en route to close the area to traffic so Dominion could repair the wire.
The turn lane into Chesterbrook Academy is inaccessible.

Power should be restored between 3 and 5 p.m. today, Anderson said. It appears most of the six "customers" affected are street lights instead of businesses and homes.
