Police Charge Man In Yeonas Graffiti Case

Vandalism in park first reported in February

Vienna police have charged a man in connection with the vandalism of a Virginia Department of Transportation sound barrier at

Kevin Miller, 26, of Fairfax, and a juvenile accomplice, were both
charged with the vandalism.

The vandalism was first reported in February, painted on the inside of a sound barrier at Yeonas Park, 1309 Ross Drive SW. The barrier belongs to VDOT.
