The following arrest information was supplied by the Vienna Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Two incidents at Cedar Lane School resulted in juvenile petitions last week, one for assaulting a teacher, according to the Vienna Police Department.

As he did so, a second student approached the teacher from behind and began choking him, according to the police report.
