A man was arrested at Tysons Corner Center on Tuesday afternoon for allegedly filming a 15-year-old girl trying on clothes in the changing room of a clothing store.
Fairfax County Police responded to a call at around 12:50 p.m. July 23 about the incident. Police did not release in which store the crime occurred.
Jesus Bonilla-Treminio, 23, of Maryland, was arrested and charged with unlawful filming.
Bonilla-Treminio is being held without bond in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to a spokesman from the center. His hearing is scheduled for Aug. 22.
