Police Seek Apple Store Robbery Suspects

iPhone stolen from Tysons store Thursday, Fairfax County police said

Fairfax County police are looking for three women who allegedly took an iPhone from the Apple Store in Tysons Corner Mall last Thursday.

Police were contacted by an Apple Store employee shortly before 3 p.m. on March 15. The caller indicated three black females, possibly in their early 20s,  were observed in the store and were seen leaving the store with an iPhone that had been on display.

Store security followed the suspects and approached two of the women in the outside parking lot of the L.L. Bean Store. A third suspect then approached the security person from behind and allegedly pushed them into a pole.

The suspects fled the scene and drove away in an Impala. FCPD officers nearby followed the vehicle but lost it due to heavy afternoon traffic. There were no injuries.

The investigation continues. Anyone with information can call Fairfax County police at 703-691-2131.
