Police: Teenager's Body Found in Vienna Area
Body was found Friday while police were looking for teen who was reportedly a runaway.
Fairfax County Police are investigating the death of a 16-year-old girl whose body was found in the Vienna area Friday.
Police were in the area of the 8200 block of Madrillon Estates Drive, in the Vienna area, looking for a reported 16-year-old runaway girl, FCPD said in a news release issued Friday evening.
Around 11 a.m. Friday, officers located the body of the missing girl. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the medical examiner. The investigation is ongoing.
