The Last Straw in Neighbors' Decades-Long Feud?

A Vienna resident contacted police this week when he said his neighbor did this to provoke him.

In the most recent crime report released by the Vienna Police, one item stands out this week that is a little more unusual than the average incident.

A Vienna resident who lives on the 600 block of Frederick Street SW reported to police that he and a neighbor have been involved in a "decades-long feud."

On Wednesday morning, at 11:45, the man called police about something his neighbor had done.

The resident reported that his neighbor had dumped grass clippings near his house in an effort to provoke him.

He stated he and his neighbor have been having ongoing neighbor disputes for several decades.

We're not experts, but we hear that grass clippings make for good mulch. Fairfax County offers tips on its Yard Waste page.

Tell us, do your neighbors do anything that pushes you over the edge? Also, if you were having a feud that lasted decades, would you move? And last but not least: What do you do with your grass clippings?
