Dana Johnson, 32, of Gaithersburg was arrested in Tysons Corner Center Feb. 16 for allegedly stealing. She was charged with larceny. Her brother, Zachery Johnson, 22, of Gaithersburg, was charged with two counts of assault after allegedly interfering with police.
