Church Street Parking Garage Community Meeting

The Town of Vienna will host two informational community meetings for a proposed parking structure on historic Church Street on Thursday, August 16, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chambers, 127 Center Street S. The public is invited to attend these free, informal community forums to learn more about the proposed project.

The proposed Church Street parking structure at 120 Church Street NW was submitted pursuant to the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA) of 2002. The PPEA grants a public entity the authority to create public-private partnerships for the development of a wide range of projects for public use if the public entity determines that there is a need for a project and that private involvement may provide the project to the public in a timely or cost-effective fashion.
