Metro Wants Public Input on Service Adjustments

Vienna, Fairfax County residents invited to public meeting Oct. 11 in Falls Church

Starting Oct. 11. Metro will hold five public meetings to get the public’s opinion on proposed bus scheduling adjustments throughout the system.

The first two meetings will be held Tuesday, one in Washington, D.C. and the other at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School in Falls Church. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. preceded by an open house at each location.

“We always look for ways to improve our system,” said Metro spokeswoman Cathy Asato. “Getting the public’s comment is a part of that process.”
