Vote Absentee in the Vienna Town Council Elections

A number of residents may qualify to cast ballots ahead of the May 7 town elections. Do you?

Worried about making it to the polls next Tuesday for Vienna's Town Council elections? You may qualify to vote by absentee ballot.

While there is no early voting in Virginia, residents can mail in a ballot or vote absentee in person.

Along with the traditional excuses the state will accept for voting absentee — like being out of the county, state or country on Election Day — having a disability, or commuting and working for 11 or more hours between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., are acceptable reasons, too.
