Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop

The Shepherd's Center of Oakton-Vienna is sponsoring a Chronic DiseaseSelf-Management Workshop for older adults with chronic health problems suchas arthritis, diabetes, lupus, thyroid disease, osteoporosis and heart disease. This free workshop will help individuals to take control of their medical care and improve their  ability to handle a chronic illness.  These workshops will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax (UUCF) at 2709 Hunter Mill Road,Oakton in classroom #5 on Wednesdays, from 10 am to 12 noon starting on March 7th and ending on April 11, 2012.  To register please call SCOV at 703-281-0538
