Photography: Bob Bills, US Army photographer, will speak at the meeting of the Vienna Photographic Society on Feb. 1.  Bills’ Army photographic assignments included tours in Vietnam and Europe.  He is currently working as a documentary photographer at Ft. Belvoir.  The meeting
will be held at the Thoreau Middle School, 2505 Cedar Lane, Vienna, Va. beginning at 7:30 in the lecture hall.  For
